Apartments for Rent

Income Verification for ALL applicants
(Combined gross income must be at least 3X’s the monthly rent)

  • A month’s worth of pay stubs - not more than 30 days old
  • Official offer Letter, signed
  • Court Documentation for Alimony or Child Support
  • Official State or Federal Letters for Income
  • If self-employed, last 2 years tax returns
  • Bank Statement - past 30 days

 Application Fee $35 (waived for month of August)

 Copy of Government Issued Photo Identification

 Copy of Social Security Card

Once all required information is received, the leasing consultant will process your application within 24 – 72 business hours.  You will receive notification via phone or email on the status of your application.

Upon approval and your acceptance to hold the apartment the security deposit must be paid within 24 hours in the form of a money order or bank check.  This will completely reserve your new home at Vernon Gardens.  Once the deposit is paid it is nonrefundable if you cancel renting the unit.
